Advantage series

1. 24 gauge steel door : isolated with polyurethane foam and equipped with 1 ¼’’ wide wood stiles all around.

2. White paint : factory applied (from our supplier) prefinished surface white paint. Offers excellent protection against outside elements.

3. Aluminium anodized sill : Chemical process which adds a protective glazing increasing the durability of the sill and prevents oxydizing. Available in silver (mill finish), bronze or black.

4. Double weatherstripping system : magnetic, compression and polyflex. Provides maximum airtightness.

5. Finger jointed pine frame : 1 ¼" or1 ½" thick, assembled with screws on four corners, with PVC cladding on the inside frame for a maintenance free finish.

6. Vinyl edge cap on handle side : Protective vinyl cap, applied on the edge of the door slab. Prevents deterioration of the wood structure and improves the aesthetic of the door slab.

7. Bottom sweep weatherstrip : high quality, adjustable and installed with no visible screws.

8. Thermal break : (sill crown) gray or brown color. Provides a perfect airtight fit with the bottom sweep weatherstrip.

Ball bearing hinges : Reduce friction when the door is opened.

Portatec Series

1. 22 gauge steel door: Thicker (therefore more resistant) steel skin than any other steel thickness offered on the market : 24 and 26.

2. Portatec exclusive paint system: Ultra resistant Polyurethane polyester paint factory applied in our very own paint shop.
